La primera edición de Azul Pacífico marcó el comienzo de una plataforma dedicada a fortalecer la relación entre las personas y el océano a través de la educación, la divulgación científica y la participación comunitaria. Impulsada por Hotel El Ganzo y realizada en colaboración con Planet Ocean, esta edición sentó las bases para crear espacios donde la conservación marina pudiera dialogar con la innovación, la cultura y la acción colectiva.
A lo largo de la Semana de los Océanos, el programa reunió a especialistas, organizaciones y miembros de la comunidad en una serie de documentales, talleres y conferencias dirigidas tanto a adultos como a niñas y niños. Estas actividades inauguraron una conversación que continúa creciendo, con la visión compartida de impulsar soluciones para el océano y posicionar a Baja California Sur como un territorio donde convergen investigación, innovación y desarrollo sostenible.
The first edition of Azul Pacífico marked the beginning of a platform dedicated to strengthening the relationship between people and the ocean through education, scientific outreach, and community participation. Driven by Hotel El Ganzo and carried out in collaboration with Planet Ocean, this edition laid the foundation for creating spaces where marine conservation could engage in dialogue with innovation, culture, and collective action.
Throughout Ocean Week, the program brought together specialists, organizations, and community members through a series of documentaries, workshops, and conferences designed for both adults and children. These activities opened a conversation that continues to grow, with the shared vision of promoting solutions for the ocean and positioning Baja California Sur as a territory where research, innovation, and sustainable development converge.
